I’ve been buying fins from Future Fins for years now, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back.
I recently had an issue with a set of JJ F Scimitar fins there was structural delamination at the base, which was obviously disappointing. But what really stood out was how the team handled it. Dom from Customer Support was exceptional from start to finish. Clear communication, no friction, and genuinely helpful, he made the whole replacement process seamless and stress-free. I can't wait to get back on these fins, so much funs when the waves are weaker and leave sections open for interpretation.
As someone who owns over 15 sets of Future Fins and still buys a couple of new sets every year, this level of support means a lot. It’s easy to make a great product, but it’s how a company shows up when something goes wrong that really defines them, and you guys absolutely delivered.
