Australia Post estimated delivery times for different states and territories are below. All days are quoted as "business days". Australia Post has temporarily suspended the Express Post guarantee for next-business-day delivery. For more information about service updates, please head to the Australia Post website.
If you need your product urgently, we would encourage you to choose the Express Post option at the checkout when placing your order.
- How can I track my order? Once your item is dispatched, you will be automatically sent a tracking number. To view tracking updates, put your tracking number into the Australia Post website
- Can you deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker? Yes, we can deliver to either a PO Box or a Parcel Locker
- Does my shipment require a signature on delivery? All our shipments are automatically shipped as "Authority to leave"
- Do you offer overseas shipping? Unfortunately no, we are unable to ship orders to overseas customers
- What happens if my order is late or missing? You can contact Australia Post using your Tracking Number to lodge a query with them using the Missing or Lost item Portal
