This increased stiffness and resonance enhances drive, hold, and spring back providing more control and power without sacrificing the fluid rail-to-rail transition.

The result is a fin that delivers a precise yet responsive, lively feel, making it ideal for surfers looking to elevate their performance in a variety of conditions.

WHAT IS A VECTOR FOIL
It is a proprietary Futures foil with a concave surface on the inside of the front fins, increasing surface area, water attachment, and lift.

WHAT IS A 3/2
3/2 complements the Vector with an extra 3 degrees of cant and 2 degrees of toe, introducing a twist to the foil for improved planing angles in sharp turns, creating lift and hold deeper into the maneuver.

PERFORMANCE BENEFITS OF THE VECTOR 3/2
The Vector 3/2 is a Speed Generating fin, maximizing water attachment over multiple planing surfaces, resulting in lift and reduced drag. The concave surface and twist in the upper half provide a unique grip and projection sensation, delivering fluid speed generation in smaller waves and powerful connection and increased speed in larger surf, resulting in faster and improved turns.
Helps connect turns while generating and maintaining speed with a more predictable engaged feel.

BENEFITS OF THE SCIMITAR TIP
Originally developed in 2006, The Scimitar Tip is flattened edge at the fin's trailing end, tightens the turn arc by reducing the template's length. This complements the 3/2 foil's lift and speed design, enhancing the feeling of release from turns while maximizing the foil properties throughout the fin's template.

3/2 Reverse Alpha Twin + 1

BRAND NEW PRODUCT INNOVATION

The 3/2 Reverse Alpha Twin + 1 is designed to surf your favorite twin board at full throttle. The “3/2 Reverse” refers to the twist in the foil through the top third of the fin that adds an additional 3 degrees of cant and 2 degrees less toe.

The Reverse aspect is that the toe angle straightens only in the tip. This creates two separate foil surfaces, one at the base of the fin and one at the tip, that both feature Future’s proprietary Vector foil. This unique foil keeps the fin engaged on rail, creating tons of drive, speed and grip. Pedal to the metal!

Cant at the fin base is 4 degrees, transitioning to 7 degrees at the tip make the fin feel looser.

Toe at the fin base is in respect to the box placement, transitioning to 2 degrees less at the tip gives a tight & engaged feel.

WHAT IS A VECTOR FOIL
It is a proprietary Futures foil with a concave surface on the inside of the front fins, increasing surface area, water attachment, and lift.

WHAT IS A 3/2 REVERSE
3/2 Reverse complements the Vector Foil with an extra 3 degrees of cant and reverses with 2 degrees of outwards toe, introducing a twist to the foil, creating a twist to the foil that keeps the fin engaged through turns.

PERFORMANCE BENEFITS OF THE 3/2 REVERSE TWIN + 1
The 3/2 Reverse Twin +1 is a Speed Generating fin, maximizing water attachment over multiple planing surfaces, resulting in lift and hold. This unique foil keeps the fin engaged as you progress through your turns, creating tons of speed as you exit your turn

Mark Richards Fiberglass Twin + 1

The Mark Richards MR Twin + 1 set combines the best performance features of a twin fin and a thruster.

"Being pure foiled fiberglass, the construction of my new Futures Fin set mirrors the tradition flex characteristics of a hand-foiled fin cut from a multi layered fiberglass fin panel. The twin + 1 configuration gives the board a twin fin performance feel, with additional speed and maneuverability. The small rear stabilizer fin adds a degree of positive control and predictability.

The outline template is over 20 years old. I developed it sometime around 2000 in response to a request from Soeda Surfboards Japan to make some twin fins for the team riders. Feedback from Soeda team riders was positive, the loved the boards! The moment I got the feedback I got excited and shaped myself a modern twin fin with the twin + 1 setup. 24 years later I'm still surfing with these fins and totally frothing on them!!!"

Mayhem Rake 3.0 Small

“The Mayhem 3.0 is an all new template. With the trends in modern HP shortboards going towards more curve under the rear foot for critical pocket surfing, we felt the need for the fins to evolve with the board rockers. We wanted to add a bit more base, with more rake and a narrower tapered tip than our long-standing thruster template.

The idea with the base and rake is more resistance and bite when deep into turns and to maintain drive through tight radius turns. The reduced tip area, with a tapered flex, adds release and freedom for quick transitions in and out of turns, when needed. We’ve been taking these fins to the wave pools for controlled, repeatable testing, and also worked with our crew of diverse sized, elite surfers for feedback and input.”

3/2 Vector Blackstix+ (M)

NEW RELEASE PRODUCT

The Vector 3/2 Blackstix+ is the next evolution in Futures Fins' high-performance fin technology, advancing beyond the previous Vector 3/2 in Alpha construction.

Unlike traditional Blackstix, the Blackstix+ features a stiffer layup, ensuring the Vector 3/2 foils stay fully engaged throughout turns.

  • Template Category | Neutral (all-around , versatile)
  • Construction | Blackstix+
  • Ride Number | Speed Generating
  • Size | Medium (55-80kgs)

Rasta 3/2 Reverse Fiberglass Twin + 1

NEW TEAM SIGNATURE FIN

The Rasta 3/2 Reverse Fiberglass Twin + 1 is designed to surf your favorite twin board at full throttle.

BENEFITS OF THE SCIMITAR TIP
