Futures Fins Grom Giveaway (Free Hat & Sticker Pack) - Terms and Conditions.
1. Promoter:
The promoter of this giveaway is Futures Fins Australia (ABN: 45099720779).
2. Eligibility:
This competition is open to Australian residents only.
3. Entry Period:
Entries are valid for purchases completed from 1st November 2025 (01/11/2025) for the first 100 people to claim.
4. Submission Deadline:
All entries must be received before stock runs out. There are 100 hats and sticker packs to claim.
5. Entry Responsibility:
Futures Fins accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible, incomplete, or fail to reach Futures Fins Australia before stock runs out.
6. Database Agreement:
Entrants must agree that they have read the terms and conditions and agree to join the marketing database of Futures Fins Australia.
7. Trade Promotion:
This is a trade promotion. There is no skill or game of chance involved.
8. Entry Limit:
Only one claim entry per new board & fin purchase is permitted as per Section 9 (Valid Entries)
9. Valid Entries:
Entries are valid with the purchase from an Authorized Futures Fins retailer in Australia consisting of:
• 1x New Grom Surfboard with Genuine Futures Fin Boxes and,
• 1x New set of Futures Fins in Grom/X-Small or Small size.
10. Giveaway Products:
The Grom Giveaway Pack includes:
• Futures branded hat
• Futures branded sticker pack (8x stickers)
11. Giveaway Value:
The total product value is equal to AUD $44.95 (RRP).
12. Claim Notification:
A notification will be sent to the email address supplied in the claim form at the time of claiming. If the claim is not approved due to not meeting the eligibility requirements, Futures Fins Australia will notify the claimer by email.
13. Delivery Responsibility:
The Promoter takes no responsibility for shipments lost due to incorrect delivery details by the claimer.
14. Giveaway Transferability:
The Giveaway pack is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
